    INGREDIENTS:

    6 large cleaned and cooked crabs

    2 tbsp oil

    1 medium onion finely chopped

    2 cloves garlic chopped

    2 tbsp breadcrumbs

    1/2 tsp black ground pepper

    1 tsp salt

    1 egg

    chopped scallion

    1 stalk celery,finely chopped

    oil for deep frying

    Scoop out all meat from the crabs.

    Reseve empty shells

    Heat oil and lightly saute garlic,onion,and celery for 1 minute .

    Add crab meat and season. Saute for another 2 minutes

    Transfer to a bowl ,add breadcrumbs ,egg, and chopped scallion and mix

    Spoon crabmeat mixture back into each of the shells .

    Deep fry in hot oil until a light brown crust is formed  on the surface of the stuffed side.

    Serve with lemon
