Ingredients
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
8 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup white sugar(for the caramel)
caramelized sugar but try not to burn it..pour the caramelized sugar into mould..spread evenly.. by hand..mix well the egg yolk..evaporated milk..condensed milk and vanilla..gently pour the mixture on top of the caramel...bake it for 1 1/2 hour on a larger pan filled with water..ready when knife inserted comes out clean
