Ingredients:
1lbs chicken wings
2tbsp oil
minced garlic
chopped onion
sliced ginger
6 cups water
2 chicken bouillon
11/2 c rice
chopped scallion
patis to taste
groundn pepper
kasubha
~In large pot heat oil and saute garlic onion and ginger...add chicken and patis..simmer for about 5 mins...add rice ...water..chicken buillon and water...simmer over high heat for 1 hour and stir it at least every 10 mins to prevent from sticking..add kasubha at the last minute for nice reddish tint..scallion on top and nice browned garlic...hehe puede ka n amagtayo carenderia nito sa sarap...
